Refund policy

We make every bar of Isla Suds by hand in small batches, and we want you to love it.

Damaged or wrong item. If your soap arrives damaged, or we sent the wrong scent, email us at islasuds@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a replacement or a full refund, and you don’t need to return anything.

Unopened soap. You can return unused soap in its original wrapping within 30 days of delivery. Email us first and we’ll send return instructions. Once the soap arrives back, we refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 5 business days. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was damaged or wrong.

Used soap. We can’t accept returns of soap that has been opened or used, for hygiene reasons.

Skin reactions. Our soaps use goat’s milk and essential oils, with no added fragrance. Please check the ingredients if you have allergies, and stop using a bar if your skin reacts. If that happens, contact us and we’ll make it right.
