Shipping policy

Where we ship. We ship from Charleston, South Carolina to the United States and 27 other countries, including Canada, the UK, most of Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea and Singapore.

Processing time. Orders are packed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Rates and carriers. US orders ship with USPS. International orders ship with USPS or DHL Express. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order.

Delivery times (estimates once shipped). United States, USPS: 2 to 5 business days. International, USPS: 7 to 21 business days. International, DHL Express: 2 to 5 business days.

Tracking. You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Customs and duties. International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are the buyer’s responsibility.

Lost or stolen packages. If tracking shows your order as delivered and you can’t find it, contact us within 7 days and we’ll help with a carrier claim.
