About us. This store is operated by Isla Suds, Charleston, South Carolina (“we”, “us”). By using this site or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

Products. Our soaps are handmade, so color, size and pattern vary slightly from bar to bar and from the photos. Our products are for external use only. They are cosmetics and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Prices and payment. Prices are listed in US dollars and can change without notice. Payment is taken when you place your order. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock or a price was listed in error, and we’ll refund you in full if we do.

Accuracy. We try to keep product descriptions, ingredients and availability accurate. If we find an error after you order, we’ll contact you before shipping.

Liability. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Privacy. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, USA.

Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to orders placed while it is posted.
